Health Villa Gym, Vasundhara Enclave Noida's Finest

"This is one the best gyms I have been too. The gym is right at the border or Delhi (Vasundhara Enclave) - Noida. It is in the basement of the building and has sign boards outside the building as well. The staff is really cooperative and supportive. They provide Zumba and aerobics classes along with cross fit, weight training n all. Though there are no personal trainers in the gym, however the trainers in gym have proper knowledge n I have seen their dedication towards every individual exercising in the gym. 'Vipin' is one of the key trainers here available in evening lot. Apart from that, machine are properly maintained and no machine in the gym is non-functional. You can access all sections of the gym. If you are near by, I personally suggest you should come and visit the gym. You would end up being a member of it."

"I am a professional volleyball player. I had my knee ligament surgery a few month ago. Doctors advised me to do few exercises for my adductor and abductor muscles. It's 3 months post op. The Inner and outer thigh machine is supporting me a lot in my recovery phase. The Staff is also highly co-operative specially Mr. Bharat. The Atmosphere is quite hygenic. Only single complaint - To regularly remove the unused water collected below the fridger. I am reviewing this gym based on my 3 months experience."
